1. Services
Services refers to consulting, booking aid and related support for selecting luxury apartments. All bookings require full payment in advance unless otherwise agreed in writing.
1.1 Cancellation and Fee Policies
• Cancellations made at least 7 days before the scheduled service date are eligible for a full refund.

Cancellations requested within 48 hours of the service date are not eligible for any refund due to resource
allocation.
• To seek a schedule transfer, you must contact us at least 3 days before the service date. One
schedule transfer is permitted per booking.
1.2 Refund Process for Services
Approved refunds for Services will be processed to the original payment channel within 7 business days of approval. Any fee adjustments will be communicated via email.
2. Information Products

2.1 Download and Access Policy
Immediately upon purchase, access credentials or download links will be delivered via email. Ensure accuracy of your contact details before purchase.
2.2 Refund Policy for Information Products
Requests for a refund must be submitted within 7 days of purchase and before downloading or accessing any content. Once the content has been accessed or downloaded, no refund will be issued. Approved refunds are processed within 14 days of approval.

3.1 Shipment and Inspection

If Goods arrive damaged or defective, you must notify us within 5 days of receipt. We will ship a replacement or issue a refund after inspection. You may ship back the item to our address. Approved refunds are processed within 14 days of inspection. For non-defective merchandise, you may request an platform or a credit note within 14 days of receipt. Custom-branded items are final sale and not eligible for platform or refund.

5. Governing Provisions
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any dispute shall be resolved in the competent courts of Dubai.
